Interview process took about two months. Full process included a CCAT and personality pre-interview assessment, 30 minute call with recruiter, 1 hour call split into two 30 minute 1:1 sessions with different department members, and one final 30 minute 1:1 call with another department member. Digital and face to face communication was timely, transparent, and friendly.
