I had a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter, who then had me apply for the job and simultaneously offered me an interview in DC. I completed a writing case, then had two fit/case interviews at the office. The cases were simple, but I didn’t feel that I could use my typical case answer format to answer the questions. HUGE delay between each step of the interview process.
Had 3 virtual interviews. They're usually back to back with directors or lead managers. They're usually friendly and they try to gauge if you would be a good person to work with (good character, takes initiative, etc.).

spoke to the recruiter on the phone then got scheduled for an interview. i waited about a month for feedback. Process was transparent but hope they had followed the initial timeline set.

they had an initial quick phone call screening about previous experience followed by a more formal zoom meeting with the managers. they then reached out with an offer on the phone. the whole process took about 3 weeks
