It was a pretty smooth interview process. I was actually referred by a friend so I had that going for me from the beginning. I interviewed with one of the owners and that went well so he asked me if I would like to do a group interview right then. I agreed. I was then interviewed by two more people, the partner of the owner and the supervisor for the maintenance technicians. The group interview went so well that I was hired on the spot.
