Came into the office and spoke with the hiring manager and two of the more experienced geologists about my qualifications and details about the position. Very informal and laid back, the hiring manager contacted me the next day saying they were going to match my salary request and offer me the job.

Received an email from the president of the company requesting an interview with the Warwick, RI office location. Scheduled a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager there as part of their Presidents Program. We mostly talked about my previous experience, and he told me about their office location and the types of projects they work on. I waited 5 weeks to hear back after that and they did not have a position for me.

Entrevista
I had one phone interview with 2 project managers and then an in person interview with many people at the office from various backgrounds. The questions were all geared toward what I offered the company in terms of previous work experience and educational background. I feel that the interview was a little rushed and unlike other companies they didn't seem to be as warm and inviting. The job offer came about 2 weeks after the interview.
