My experience with this company during the interview process was profoundly disappointing and a textbook example of unprofessionalism. From the outset, the HR representative's cavalier approach to scheduling, which involved changing the interview date without a justified reason or apology, set a tone of disregard for my time. The interview itself, conducted by both HR and the hiring manager, was strikingly impersonal and concluded without any constructive feedback—a missed opportunity for professional growth and insight. Despite assurances of a follow-up within a week, I was met with silence, and my attempts to reach out were ignored, leaving me without closure or respect for my efforts. This lack of communication and courtesy aligns with the negative comments in other company reviews, painting a picture of a systemic problem with their corporate culture. Such a consistently negligent attitude toward potential employees speaks volumes, and future candidates should heed the clear warnings represented by these shared experiences.

First interview was telephone screening. Second in person with the Head of HR and VP of the company. All questions were behavorial descriptive. For example: tell us about the time when you had to deal with a difficult person. How did you manage it?
