The interview process for a lateral associate position was very straightforward. The process consisted of approximately 7 different interviews with various partners from the firm. The process from the first interview to the offer took about 7 weeks.

Asked typical interview questions such as tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for Duane Morris, etc. Interviewers were professional and friendly. Interview lasted approximately thirty minutes.

Interviewers were easy and friendly going. The interview was completely conversational but certain questions within the conversation were aimed to learn more about me (obviously, it's an interview!) . Implied they were strongly interested, but then never heard anything back, despite multiple attempts to follow up. Understandable if I didn't get the job, but the lack of response made me question their "friendliness" at the interview. I also found it to be really unprofessional.
