Applied online, received a call half an hour later taking part in a phone interview before being asked to come in for a face to face interview. Questions for both interviews were very similar if not the same. Interviewer very friendly, made to feel relaxed, offered a drink before starting. After the questions, I was told that I would now have to perform a "role play" in helping a customer with picking out a product. You are given time to look over the products to remember information on them and then a member of staff acts as a customer looking for particular things that you then have to apply and recommend the best item for them.
