      Entrevista

      Initial interviews, then take-home assessment, then final interviews. Everthing was pretty standard but the take-home did take a good bit of time to do it properly and then put into presentation form.

      Entrevista

      Recruiter reached out to me and discussed over my background ,and then gave me an excel spreadsheet to work on for the weekend. It took me 40 hours to come up with all the recommendations cause I am afraid that I missed some important perspective. But it turns out the management team doesn't look at the exercise that much, it is just probably a filter to identify who are the people really interested in applying. After that, it was a panel interview of 30 min per person with the team. Everyone has some behavioral and case questions, I don't like the interview style in the below 3 points .1) People looks really tired/bored and uninterested in the candidate, they basically are like machines repeating their questions, I felt like they can use AI to replace their interview process. 2) With the case interview, they are looking for very specific answers, i felt like a new grad with strong case interview prep would do much better than an experienced professional who has track record of great success but doesn't specifically prepare on case interview. 3) There are almost no time to discuss candidate's experience with some of the interviewer, all is question and answer. Just like some kind of exam, people who can come up with ideas in 30 min are not necessarily better than people can come up great and supreme answers in 1 day after thorough consideration and have the ability to execute it well.
