Applied online, took assessment online, received call for interview all within a week. Schedule interview was 2 weeks out. Interview itself was a 3-person panel STAR interview with 6 total questions.

Have to complete and pass assessment. Panel style interview utilizing the STAR method. Interview process usually takes about 4 weeks. Received offer 2 weeks after I interviewed. Overall it’s a smooth process

Applied for Projects Designer role Fall 2023. Received call from recruiter a month after applying, with a 1st Round interview set up the following week. 1st Interview: Was interviewed by the Design Supervisors and a Coordinator, Interview Qs were STAR formatted
2nd Interview: Brief 10-20 minute follow up interview about a week after the 1st.
Received my offer about a week or two after the 2nd Interview
