It consisted of three rounds of interviews including the initial phone screen with the Recruiter, the one-on-one with the hiring manager as well as the interview panel. Everything went pretty smoothly and things moved along in a timely manner. I was kept updated on the process and I received an offer within a month from the first interview.
Detailed, methodical, multiple rounds (with the same people), considerate of time (aware), clear on what they were looking for, all persons understood the job and took the time to partner in the process.
