Assessment Day that takes up the entire day. They started with Company presentation and went on with the selection process. General knowledge test, English test, essay and one-on-one interview. All in one day. However I didn't hear back from them until I called back myself after two months. They told me I was selected and I should start as soon as I can. If I didn't call myself, maybe they would have never called me. They are constantly hiring thousands of employees every months that I guess they would forget to call back :)
