Applied via a recruitment agency. It was an informal chat style. The interview took a turn when a derogatory comment was made towards me after I had answered a question. It was made in a jokey way, however when in a interview and being a female it is unacceptable to call a woman the word that was used. There was also a comment made which belittled the University degree that I completed. There is a level of 'banter' which is acceptable but that was too far and unnecessary. There is clearly a low level of professionalism and respect within this company.
