Virtual, self-explanatory and you can redo a question in case you don't like your answer. I was nervous at first but it is not as bad as I thought it would be.

Tell us about your favorite show in order to make us want to watch it.
the interview process was very simple, you had to answer a series of video questions that were about a minute long. You had two chances to record your answer. They then got back to you regarding the next steps.
I applied through the company website. After I received an email saying i made it to the next step of the interview process. I had a certain amount of time to complete a recorded interview over the computer. You were allowed to view the question so it wasn't that stressful. Unfortunately because of COVID they canceled their internship.
