The interview was a two part process. Phone interview, and video interview if offered during the phone interview. Standard STAR method interview questions. The interviewers were easy to talk to and were very interested in getting to know me as an actual person.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
