Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Discount Tire (Lacey, WA) en oct 2014
Entrevista
Upon advice from a former employee, I went in and asked for an application. I filled it out and turned it in. Next day, I got called for an "interview" where they asked me 2 questions:
"So you know (name of former employee)?"
and "Can you pass a drug test?"
Protip: They're almost always hiring hard workers. Apply in fall (busy season) for better chances.

Entrevista
I had a flat tire that I got fixed as an appt. I sparked a conversation and hit it off with the local manager, who referred me to a higher-volume store. That was my informal interview, and the second interview was about a week later. They were conversational interviews, and I answered too excitedly, I think. This is one of those companies I've always wanted to work for since I always get excited about the process and ownership of new traction. I checked in, but they never called me back. I was ghosted.
Questions about knowledge on tires and my experience, willingness to do what I needed, and what I knew. Including information about me, and how I work in a team. Very helpful and interesting.
They made me wait for like 20 minutes and i went in a room and the manager(i think) interviewed me. They just described what was it like working for discount tire.
