Hi All, I just wanted to clarify one thing about this Company is that after you cleared all the rounds of interviews HR people keep calling and asking you to share the relevant documents. After reviewed by them they will ask you to join as an immediate manner. They not even think about the your situation and keep convincing you and they offer you a word called Joining bonus. BUT that's for shake to say by the hr to test your mentality. Literally they keep calling and messaging on whats app force to join to their compay. At last you say I need a week to time to join they will reply back as below, Oh sorry were from Dutch based and our policy is like that only. We cannot offer you as you crossed your timeliness. Hence we are processing other candidature who are in pipeline. It's waste of your time giving 3 tech talks and name shake hr discussions and all. Please think before you give interviews to this company.
