I applied online and heard back after a week. The interview was standard, but the internship wouldn't start until early summer which was fine. They never gave me an exact starting dating, but a rough estimate of the starting month. I emailed them a month before the original starting date for several weeks on various websites for information and updates but to no avail.

first did the phone interview, and then submit the writing sample, also submit a word document said what you want to do during the internship. It takes two -three weeks to hear back.
