MADE IT TO THE F2F INTERVIEW IN ATLANTA
I applied on January 7 2016, and was asked to complete an assessment, a couple days later got an email to complete a video interview. (If you have never done a video interview..it's a one way interview where you use your web cam of your phone, tablet or computer. They give you a question and then give you about 30 seconds to prepare your answer before it starts recording. If you mess up its okay just keep going, I feel that the main point of the video interview is to get a sense of your personality, so just be you! ...but I would also practice some of you answers especially if your a little camera shy lol) *also dress as if you were going to a f2f interview!
January 25 2016 I received an email to set up a f2f interview date in Atlanta, they give you a few dates and times to choose from and let you know that they will try and give you your first choice. (You will not be able to change the date and time once it is given to you) In the email they also let you know that you will be receiving a second email with further instructions on what you will need to bring with you, the address of the facility and hotel recommendations. (Please not that any hotel stay if needed will be at you own expense.)
January 27 2016 I received my flight confirmation, and decided to book my hotel the following payday.
February 5 2016 I received my follow up email with everything I'll need to bring with me to the interview.
As far as preparing goes for both my video interview and my up coming f2f interview, I look through all the questions that everyone else has listed on this site and compiled a list that came out to around 20 questions, its important that you answer all of your questions in STAR format (Situation-Task-Action-Result) so I have been practicing my answers by writing them down and also having my friends ask me the questions and ill respond to them. And I have also researched the company so I don't go into this interview blind. My interview is in a week so fingers crossed :) and good luck to everyone!!!
Below I will list as many questions as it will allow my and hopefully if will help some of you out! :)

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
