You are scheduled with a flight attendant for a virtual interview. I personally had a bad experience with the flight attendant I was paired with. Anytime I said something outside of answering the interview questions (like asking "how are you" in the beginning of the interview), she rolled her eyes. Apparently, according to Delta, you're only there to listen and to answer questions.
The interviewer also made sure to end the interview before answering any of my questions. I told her I had a couple of questions, she ignored me. When I told her again I had questions I wanted to ask, she said she was not allowed to answer certain questions, but I didn't even get the chance to ask any questions.
My advice for future Delta applicants:
Do not be yourself. Do not show your personality. Don't laugh at their jokes, or smile too much. Delta doesn't care who you are; they just want to see that you are professional, and that you are capable to do the job. As long you listen to the questions, answer each part of the questions using the STAR Method, you'll get to the F2F interview. Just don't show too much of your personality, and you'll be fine.
