It was very straightforward. I was asked about why I wanted to work at Delta, questions about the company's history and culture and hypothetical questions about interacting with other employees and the general public.
Testing, Interview and then a Physical. Knowledge testing on aviation skills, FARs and situations. Interview is straight forward at Delta and non-confrontational. Pilot and HR are present. FAA type physical to verify health and qualifications.

it was very easy. i dont really remember what they asked but as long as you are prepared and you are really passionate about it you will get accepted. So overall, it was perfect
