First Interview was a panel interview with a combination of Directors and Department VP's. It lasted about 1 hour. The second round consisted of meeting the President and the Executive VP for a 45 minute interview. The third was with another director from the team.

I concurrently interviewed for two finance roles. One team was more lax about in office days (2 day min vs 4 day min in office) and paid higher, so I took that one. Usually from my experience Delta will have you do the awkward HireVue pre-assessment where you record yourself answering questions. For other roles I was selected for, I had to do this. However, for both of these roles I skipped that process all together and had interviews with the hiring manager as my first point of contact. Then interviewed with the director for the second step and that was it. Recruiter got back to me about a week and a half later with the offer. Be patient as it’s a big company and can move slow.
