Asked me questions about resume and other work experiences besides dell. I answered them honestly and smiled a lot. That was probably the most important part. I also would recommend having some sales experience to discuss or why you think having sales skills will help you in the role. Most likely it would help in an insides sales position

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
