I joined Dell as an intern via Campus Selection Process. The process consisted of a business case study followed by an interview round based on technical skill sets and past experience. After completing my summer internship I was offered a pre-placement offer from the company.

It was a good interview. A lot of technical and guestimate questions are asked. Be prepared for out of the box questions. The interviewer will try to grill you but be patient and go along with the flow

Too lengthy and unclear on the expectations in the technical rounds. Recruiter was not prepared enough and seemed too laid back. It took them 3 weeks to come up with an offer and insisted on immediate joining.
