The whole process took about 2 weeks. Interview was in 3 stages; initial screening call, technical role-fit and cultural fit. Initial screening call - 30 minutes Technical role-fit interview - 1 hour. Quite a lot of questions testing my knowledge and expertise of Android development. I think it was a great interview because there was a wide variety of questions testing my knowledge in many different areas. Cultural fit interview - 45 minutes Very smooth process with quick responses from Talent Acquisition Specialist.
