Received a call to come in and meet with regional manager in person and the store manager.
They take you outside and chat with your while looking over your resume and ask you general interview questions. They don't talk much about secsession or growth within the company, which makes me think they don't hire internally a lot.

Interview process was fine but had to wait weeks from national to make a decision, especially when being told I’ll find out in a couple of days. This also frustrated the regional manager

Interview process was fine, that was with a former regional. 2014 new regional came along which changed things for the worse. Regional was on a power trip and nasty to staff, it was an uncomfortable feeling
