Everything went well till the end they did print my offer letter but never rolled it out. I followed up with the HR for like 30+ days and all I got in response was it's in approval state. It been 3 months since they started the process and still I don't have a clue what-so-ever on what went wrong. Even if something would have gone wrong they should atleast respond to my mail and end this follow-up game.
