Phone Screening, in-person interview/Skype interview, Online test(if required), Client Submission. I submitted my resume online, and i was called and had a phone screen, then i was scheduled for an in-person interview, after which i was advised on errors i made on my resume and was asked to work on it and present the next day. Then my resume was submitted to the Client after which an interview was scheduled with the Client.
