Applied online to job posting by recruiting company. Received an email from Day-Mont Vice President of Behavioral Services asking what my salary requirements were. Email was terse, unsigned, and had no salutation. I responded and received another terse email asking for interview time options. I responded and received an interview time slot with no information on where to meet or who I was interviewing with. I responded with clarifying questions and received a professional response with all details from the department secretary. I arrived early as requested in order to fill out a paper application. At the appointed interview time, the VP of Behavioral Services was not on the floor and had to be located. Approximately 10 minutes later, I interviewed with the VP of Behavioral Services and the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health. The interview lasted one hour, and was 99% directed by the VP of Behavioral Services. I was informed that there was no HR department. After the interview, I was told they would give me immediate feedback on my prospects for employment if I was willing to wait. After about 5 minutes, I was called back into the office and told that they would like to proceed with considering me for the position. The next steps would be for me to gather all of my references in writing and submit them to the VP of Behavioral Services if I was interested in pursuing the job. Two days later, I emailed the VP to ask what the salary range for the position would be prior to submitting references. Five days later after I sent the email, I received an email from the VP saying that a salary could not be disclosed at this time.
