I really was patient through this process and at times thought I hadn't gotten the job. But I was constantly encouraged to be patient that the process takes a while. I had a 1on1 with the hiring manager over lunch, then had to prepare a presentation with the peers that I would eventually be working for. Next had an 1on1 with one of the VP's of the company. Then had a coffee meeting with the hiring manager and another lunch with the team. It was nothing like I had ever gone through and being on this side of the process, I understand why it took so long. They truly want to be sure they get people who fit the environment here at Daxko, and so far it is all it was sold to be. The folks laugh and enjoy working together. So as the process was long and not what I expected, I truly appreciate it and encourage you to push through.
