The interviewer was friendly and answered all my questions at the end. I think they were in a midst of restructuring but still was a good opportunity. I ended up declining the offer for a better one within the organization.

My initial communication with the manager was via phone, and he gave me a brief description of the job and what it would entail. We eventually scheduled an interview and I sat and spoke with him for about half an hour and was also introduced to his other employees. I only had one interview with the manager, and it wasn't the typical interview of being asked many questions, it was more of a description of the job and what I would do, and the type of schedule I would have, as well as mention of a future FT opportunity.
