The interviews were frequent and organised with limited planning. however, the time commitment of the team was clear and every interviewer was pleasant. Every interview was a case interview, testing the same core set of skills repeatedly.
Had a one way interview using SparkHire and didn't hear back from Dalberg for several months for an update. It was frustrating to wait for months only to receive a generic rejection email
