I applied for the Recruiting Coordinator role and a few days later, I received an email from the Recruiting Manager asking if I was flexible on the salary. After my reply, I scheduled a 30 min phone interview. I was given in depth information about the responsibilities of the job and team. I then was asked 3-4 questions that took about 20 min. After the phone interview, I scheduled a virtual interview and job shadow. The process was really smooth and professional. A week later, I received a call from the Recruiting Manager staying they were going with someone who had experience using applicant tracking system.
