My interview process with Davita Healthcare was very professional and a pleasurable experience. First interview was a phone interview with one of their recruiters, who assisted me through my entire hiring process and onboarding - Second interview was on-site with the manager and supervisor of the potential department I'd be joining. Everyone I could say was very nice and vibed great energy.

Interview was long (about 2 hours long) and you meet with three different interviewers. You get a tour in between. Interview is behavioral based questions. Prior to this was a phone interview. I liked that they try to prep you for the interview by giving guidelines on how to respond and tips for preparing.
