Shortlisting the candidate for the interview is done by external vendor, the external vendor call's you sooo frequently to ask about attending interview and they tell so big about company but that is not true. First Round was done, HR told technical person was happy and you are selected for next round. After that i called both HR and Vendor asking when they will schedule next round, Vendor called me and told they will schedule after a month which did not happen. It's clearly waste of time attending the interview.
