it started with the internal HR, then I was sent a behavioral assessment. After that, I was moved to the next stage with the compliance manager which was a difficult process. The last stage was with the compliance manager's manger. Although, I did not make it through to the last stage but I was told that if I passed the second stage, I would have met with the other manager.
