Received text from dish recruiter for phone interview. Phone interview lasted 15-20mins basic question about hitting goals/metrics achievements. Led to in person interview. In person interview with 2 people. One note taker and interviewer. 20mins long. Both stepped out to discuss and interview came back to escort to the front. Was told they'll be in touch in 3-5 business days. Called next day with job offer.
