The entire process took about a month. I applied online and a few days later the recruiter contacted me. He asked me to pick a time from calendly for our phone interview. However there wasn't anything available for over 2 weeks so I booked the earliest slot I could find and sent him over an email letting him know. Fortunately he adjusted his schedule and we were able to chat within a couple days. After that, I took their online qualitative and quantitative assessment. It's an SHL assessment so if you don't remember how to do SAT-style fractions and word problems I recommend brushing up on it. Then I spoke to the hiring manager (over the phone because I am not local) and it went great. He said I would be a great addition to Dish/Sling leadership but unfortunately I didn't have the digital experience they were looking for and he recommended me for another role. Good experience overall. I'm hoping I can be a part of the team at a different time in the future.
