I had two phone interviews. In the first interview, they asked basic questions about my history and experience along with explained the expectations and atmosphere of the company. Next, I was sent a timed multiple choice exam. After completing it, I did well enough to have my second phone interview. They were interested and extended me the offer but I declined.
