Submitted my resume and met at a career fair, had an interview the next day on campus, got a call later that week to interview on-site, had that interview a couple weeks later, and was offered the job after the interview on-site was finished. On-campus interview was between the supervisor of the design team and someone from HR. Basic questions about resume. On-site interview was between two members of the design team and included a plant tour; consisted of resume questions and a couple critical thinking questions.

I got 30mins phone interview with 3 tea member first, a few days later i been notified to have an onsite interview. The onsite took 4hrs, face to face interview with team member then company tour.
