My HR contact was not organized. She called me in the late afternoon to see if I could come in the next morning for an interview. I didn't get the message until after hours. I called and left a message to ask for more details but she was didn't return my call until my "scheduled" interview time to see where I was at. It seemed like HR dropped the ball scheduling my interview and was rushing me to come in at the last minute.
