After three rounds of interviews, starting with HR and followed by two hiring managers, I have not received any follow-up communication or feedback on my application status. This lack of response is disheartening, especially considering the time and effort invested. It appears that several others have had similar experiences, as noted on Glassdoor, despite DECIEM's assurances of improving the process. To enhance the candidate experience and reflect positively on DECIEM's professionalism, I suggest ensuring timely updates after each interview round, offering constructive feedback, outlining a transparent process with clear timelines, and assigning a dedicated team for follow-up.

Was really excited to interview with Deciem however their values really aren't reflected in the interview process.
Initial screening with HR, they couldn't tell me who the role reported into or how many rounds there would be. The interview with the hiring manager was so impersonal, going straight into scenario based questions. In the end did not receive any feedback despite chasing.
Really disappointing experience.
