Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en DDB (Toronto, ON) en feb 2019
Entrevista
Applied online for the role for DDBPR. Heard back the very next day and scheduled a phone interview. The day of, they never called. E-mailed to follow up to reschedule and they never responded or apologized or rescheduled. Nothing. I'd understand if I had the interview and then they cut off communication (I'd assume I didn't make the screening and move on) but to go radio silent after showing interest and without giving me a change is extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't want to work there!

Entrevista
I had a phone interview (which he was l15 minutes late for) a few days after applying to Anderson DDB. I was then invited in for an in-person interview. I sent a thank you note with my schedule the next day and never heard back. I followed up again a week later with my new schedule and did not recieve a response again. Nearly 2.5 weeks after our phone call, I got a job offer at another agency so they missed out on a great candidate as bring a lot more to the table than most applicants. They were not the only company interviewing me. Till now I have not heard back. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered with interviews. Professionalism and respect goes both ways and companies are vying for the best candidate so when you completely disrespect a candidate after inviting them in on your own accord, that leaves a completely bad impression. Respond to people and be honest. Ignoring someone shows real immaturity in handling people and in your hiring role. I likely will never care to apply for a role there in the future.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en DDB (Vancouver, BC) en ago 2014
Entrevista
Very informal, relaxed interview. An agency tour was offered (and accepted).
Best chances are to get introduced/referred by an employee. It's easy for your resume to get lost in the resumes if you just submit an application online.
