I got call from allegis consultantancy. At the start itself I had told them about my CTC expectation. Interviews were pretty easy. Then comes the HR round. They were very strict of no more than 35% hike over fixed part of current salary. I agreed for that. But at the end what I got from was 10% hike on fixed part. They can't respect their own words. If you don't have the budget why you bother to waste everyone's time. Beware of DBS ... I would say..
