1) Take home assignment, consisting of 3 components (Scenario writeup, network architecture, network logs)
2) After being shortlisted, interview with HR on interest
3) After passing HR interview, interview with potential assigned department leads + presentation on your take home assignment

Four-round selection process:
Resume Screening – Initial review of applications.
Online Take-Home Assignment – A cybersecurity-related task.
Preliminary Interview with HR – General assessment of suitability.
Final Interviews with CSA Divisions – In-depth evaluation, with additional assessments for roles you show interest.

Ask about questions related to the take home assignment during the final interview.
Had to write a few essay-like reports on a few cases, and there was one test that required some Wireshark. Final interview was with a Director and HR recruiter.
