I applied for the position through an employee referral by emailing her my resume. A recruiter called me that same day and conducted a phone screening. The questions were very basic and mainly covered my resume, but I didn't feel prepared to give proper answers because the phone call wasn't planned in advance.

Professional experience. Positive person who was open and honest. Be prepared to make decisions on the fly. They said they were considering me for different roles and wanted to know which I preferred.
