Asked a bunch of behavioral and situational questions. First met with the HR person over the phone then next I was interviewed by a hiring manager. Whole process took about 2 weeks.

Entrevista
2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.

Applied through on campus career fair. Interviewed in person on campus and again over the phone. Overall process was pretty easy although it did take several months from the first interview to receiving an offer.
