Applied to the general position on Cummins Careers Website and stated "Applied mechanics" as an interest as I am an NVH guy. Got a call from college recruiter to schedule a behavioural interview (35 mins). After clearing it, functional interview (1 hr) was scheduled next week with the technical advisor - Applied mechanics. This Interview was mostly technical with few questions to check person skills. Received an offer after 2.5 weeks.
