Entrevista
The interview process was swift and accommodating. It consisted of an initial chat with Talent & Acquisition where additional insight and background into Cumming Corp. was provided namely by discussing current projects, footprint in the market, culture and so on. This was then followed up by interviews with a VP & MD- I found all the individuals I spoke to throughout the process to be professional yet approachable.

Pregunta 1
The questions asked were predominately focused on experience, project & client exposure, educational & professional background and technical ability. The interviewers shown a genuine interest in you as an individual- what’s your drive and aspirations, why Cumming Corp. and the construction consultancy sector, as well as some informal pleasantries.
Sincerity was shown throughout the interviews which I felt was not present with previous employers in comparison. The more I spoke to representatives of the company the more I wanted to become part of it.

Step 2 - Had to speak to 3 different managers and it all depends on client and type of project.

Entrevista
First HR for 30 mins and then One hour call with hiring manager which is smooth process.
Interview questions were like general discussion about past experiences, projects worked on.
Interviewer and every one shared a lot more insights about the position and explained how their business models works.
