Drawn out and overly complex with little benefit to either side. Interviewed with a lot of folks who didn’t understand the role or platform that they were hiring for. The recruiter and the hiring manager didn’t seem to be in sync and the role was ultimately eliminated after a multi-month interview process.

They asked my to design a system that met certain federal security standards. This was a time consuming project (40+ hours!)
