I was given a chance to interview even though I had no relevant qualifications and prior experience in the digital marketing field. I was interviewed by one of the managers and the CEO himself. During the interview, I was given scenarios and asked how I would handle them. They also confirmed my passion in the field by asking about the extra courses I've taken. I heard back from them with the result of the interview within a few days. Soon after, I got the offer letter emailed to me. It was overall a pleasant experience and I didn't need to wait long for the result.
